• WS-23 is a synthetic cooling agent, and its chemical name is N-ethyl-2-isopropyl-5-methylcyclohexanamide.

Core features

Pure coolness: The most notable feature of WS-23 is that it can provide a strong, pure and fast-acting coolness, with almost 

no or no mint flavor at all. This is different from menthol (menthol), which provides a cool sensation while having a 

distinct minty flavor.

High cooling intensity: Its cooling intensity is extremely high, usually much stronger than that of menthol. 

Only a very low addition amount is needed to achieve a significant cooling effect.

Good thermal stability: The chemical properties of WS-23 are stable and not easily affected by temperature. 

This means that it is not easy to decompose during heating (such as baking, hot drinking) or processing, and the coolness
