Agaricus blazei (also known as Brazilian mushroom) is native to Brazil and Peru. It is a saprophytic fungus growing in summer and autumn. It lives in a high temperature, humid and ventilated environment. It has almond flavor and crisp and tender taste. Agaricus blazei has tender cap, crisp stipe, excellent taste, pure and delicious taste, and high edible value. Agaricus blazei contains 18 kinds of amino acids, including 8 kinds of essential amino acids, as well as a variety of vitamins and ergosterol.
