This apricot-flavored food flavoring additive uses γ-decyl lactone, γ-undecyl lactone, ethyl acetate, ethyl butyrate, and linalool 

as its core characteristic ingredients to precisely capture the unique, smooth, sweet aroma, slightly tart fruitiness, and warm,

 candied fruit-like sensation of ripe apricots. The top notes present the fresh, sweet aroma of fresh apricots, the middle notes 

release the full, ripe sweetness of the fruit, and the base notes linger with a subtle, oily, and floral aftertaste, recreating the 

flavor layers of naturally ripened apricots.
