Refund & Returns Policy

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to products purchased from Xiantai Flavor through xiantaimaflavorings.com or via direct order with our sales team. Because our products are custom-manufactured food flavoring and essence ingredients, the terms below apply.

1. Order Acceptance & Custom Production

Most orders are produced to specification after confirmation of sample and quotation. Production begins once a purchase order and deposit (where applicable) are received.

2. Eligibility for Return

Due to the nature of food-grade and custom ingredients, standard products may be returned only if they are unopened, in original sealed packaging, and notified to us within 7 business days of delivery. Custom-formulated or made-to-order items are non-returnable.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Opened samples, custom blends, expired-by-nature items, and products damaged after delivery due to improper storage are not eligible for return or refund.

4. Damaged or Defective Goods

If goods arrive damaged or do not match the agreed specification, notify us within 7 business days with photos and batch information. We will arrange replacement, refund, or credit at our discretion after verification.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or as account credit within 15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.
